Press Join at the top of the page, enter your email and pick a password. We'll email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address. Then choose a nickname, and you're in.
You can try every game straight away with free Virtual coins. When you want to play for real, add money on the Deposit page. All games are in the lobby.
It usually arrives within a minute. If it hasn't:
- Look in your spam, junk and "Promotions" folders.
- Check the email address for typos.
- Ask for a new code on the confirmation screen. A code lasts 15 minutes, and only the newest one works.
Still nothing? Email info@onlinebet.game from the same address and we'll confirm it for you.
Not to look around or play with Virtual coins. You do need it to withdraw money, change your nickname and write in the chat. It's also how we reach you about your account, so it's worth doing early.
Write to Support or info@onlinebet.game from the email address on your account, and we'll help you get back in. We may ask a few questions first to make sure the account is yours.
If you're still signed in on another device, you can set a new password there under Account → Profile.
Yes, through Support. Tell us the new address and we'll make the change once we've checked the request really comes from you. Whoever controls the email can recover the account, so we're careful with this one.
Yes, both, under Account → Profile. Pick a ready-made avatar or upload your own picture, and add a frame if you like.
You can change your nickname up to three times a day once your email is confirmed. Players recognise each other by name, so we don't allow more than that.
Yes. Go to Account → Privacy and switch on Hide my details from other players. Your bets then show as "Hidden", with no name, picture or profile link. You can hide your statistics too.
Yes. Sign in on your phone, tablet and computer: it's one account and one balance everywhere. You can see every signed-in device, and sign any of them out, under Account → Privacy.
Go to Account → Settings and exclude yourself for 1, 5 or 8 days. While it runs, you can't play, deposit or withdraw, and you can't cancel it yourself. Only our team can end it early.
Need a longer break? Contact Support and we'll set it up.
Yes. Write to Support from your account, or email info@onlinebet.game from the address you signed up with. Withdraw your real-money balance first. The privacy policy explains what we keep afterwards and for how long.
Open Wallet → Deposit, pick a coin and network, and enter the amount in US dollars. You'll get an address and the exact amount of crypto to send. Pay it from your wallet or exchange before the timer runs out.
Once the network confirms the payment, the money appears in your balance by itself. You can close the window in the meantime.
Whatever the Deposit page lists. That's usually Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20 and ERC-20. Each coin shows its minimum.
Your balance is always in US dollars. A $50 deposit adds $50, whether you paid in BTC or USDT.
That depends on the network. USDT on TRC-20 or BEP-20 usually arrives in a couple of minutes. ETH and ERC-20 can take 5 to 10 minutes when Ethereum is busy. Bitcoin often needs 20 minutes or more.
Every deposit gets its own address and amount. That's how we know the payment is yours. Use the copy button instead of typing the amount.
If you pay from an exchange, check whether it takes its fee out of what you send. Some do, and then less arrives. A few cents short is usually fine. If more is missing, the deposit shows as "Partially paid", and our team will sort it out with you.
No. Coins that arrive late, or after you cancelled, are still picked up and credited. To be safe, start a new deposit each time and never reuse an old address.
Open Wallet → Withdraw, pick a network, paste your USDT address, enter the amount and confirm. Withdrawals are paid in USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20, and you need a confirmed email address.
The amount leaves your balance right away and waits there until it's sent, so you can't play it by accident.
Many are sent within minutes. Some, like larger amounts, get a quick check by our team first and take longer. Once it's sent, the status changes to "Sent" and you'll see the transaction ID, which you can look up on a block explorer.
Yes, while it still says "Being checked". Press Cancel next to it and the full amount goes back to your balance. Once it's being sent, it can't be stopped.
Yes. There's a minimum and a maximum per request, and a weekly limit over the last seven days. You'll find all three on the Withdraw page, along with what's left of your weekly limit. Up to three requests can wait at the same time.
The one your wallet or exchange actually uses. Sending on the wrong network is the most common way to lose crypto, and often it can't be undone. BEP-20 and ERC-20 addresses look exactly alike, so double-check.
If you have the choice, TRC-20 and BEP-20 are the quickest and cheapest.
You'll see the reason under the request in your withdrawal list. Usually something didn't match the account, or needed a check first. Nothing is lost: the full amount goes back to your balance.
There's nothing to change. Your real-money balance is always in US dollars, whatever coin you deposit, and withdrawals are paid in USDT. The conversion happens at the current rate when you deposit.
Under Wallet → Transactions and Account → Transactions. Every bet also has a Bet ID and a bet slip with all its details.
Our own casino games, the OB Originals. There are quick ones like Dice, Limbo and Plinko, games you play step by step and cash out when you like, a live Crash table everyone shares, and card and table classics. They're all in the lobby.
Esports and sports betting are coming soon, on the same account and wallet.
Real money is what you deposit and withdraw, in US dollars. Virtual coins are for free play. Use them to learn a game or try a strategy. They have no cash value and can't be bought or withdrawn.
Switch between them with the balance selector at the top of the page. Coin bets never touch your real balance.
Coins can't be bought. Just ask Support, and our team can top up your coin balance.
It means you can check every result yourself. Each one comes from three values:
- a server seed from us. You see its hash before you play, so we can't swap it later.
- a client seed of your own, which you can change at any time.
- a nonce, which counts your bets.
When you change seeds, the old server seed is revealed. With it, you can recalculate any round you played. Each bet slip lists its seeds, and the Provably Fair page has a tool that does the check for you.
RTP (return to player) is how much of all money staked a game pays back on average, over a very large number of bets. The house edge is the rest. A game with 99% RTP has a 1% edge.
Each game page shows its RTP and stake limits before you bet. These are long-term averages: a single session can go either way.
They're different for each game. You'll find them in the stats under the game, and the bet box won't let you go outside them.
In step-by-step games like Mines, Hi-Lo or Space Travel, your win grows with every step you survive. Cash out ends the round and pays the current win into your balance. If you take another step and lose, the round is over and the stake is gone.
Nothing is lost. Rounds are settled on our servers, not in your browser. A round that was already decided is paid as normal. A round waiting for your next move, like an unfinished Mines game, stays open, and you carry on where you left off.
Every bet has a Bet ID and a bet slip with the game, stake, multiplier, payout, result and fairness seeds. Click a bet in the High wins and Lucky wins lists on a game page, or in Recent Winners on the home page. Players who hide their details stay hidden on slips too.
No need for one. OnlineBet.Game works in any modern browser on your phone, tablet or computer, and every game is made to fit a small screen.
Ranks reward regular players. The more you play with real money, the further your progress bar fills, and each new rank brings better rewards. You'll find your rank under Welcome back! on the home page.
We're still building it, so everyone shows as Unranked for now. We'll announce it here and in your Inbox when it launches.
No. Only real-money bets will count, just like for referral rewards.
Yes, by inviting friends. Share your link or code from the Referral page, and you'll earn a share of every real-money bet your friends make, for as long as they play. Claim your earnings into your wallet from the same page.
You earn a small share of each real-money bet your friends make. It's the same whether they win or lose.
Your rate depends on your tier, and your tier depends on how many friends have made a deposit. The Referral page lists the tiers, the rates and the minimum you can claim.
- Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
- Turn on two-factor sign-in (2FA) under Account → Settings.
- Check now and then which devices are signed in, under Account → Privacy.
- Only sign in on onlinebet.game. Check the address bar, especially after clicking a link in an email or message.
With 2FA, signing in needs a code as well as your password. So a stolen password alone isn't enough. Turn it on under Account → Settings and choose:
- Authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy…). We recommend this one, and it works offline.
- Email code: a 6-digit code sent to you at each sign-in.
You'll also get 10 one-time backup codes. Keep them somewhere safe.
Use a backup code: after your password, choose Use a backup code. Each one works once. Then set up 2FA again on your new phone and make fresh backup codes.
Out of backup codes? Contact Support from the email on your account. We'll help once we've checked it's really you.
Sign it out right away under Account → Privacy. Then change your password under Account → Profile, and turn on 2FA if it's off. If anything in your balance or history looks wrong, tell Support straight away.
Never. We'll never ask for your password, your 2FA or backup codes, or your wallet's private keys or recovery phrase. Not by email, not in the chat, not anywhere. Anyone who asks isn't us, so please report them to info@onlinebet.game.
Your password is stored only as a secure hash, every connection is encrypted, and authenticator secrets are encrypted too. We only collect what we need to run your account and payments. The privacy policy has the details, and explains your rights.
Not from us. Your wallet or exchange may charge a network fee when you send, so make sure the full amount still arrives.
No. We pay the network fee, so you receive exactly what you asked for.
No. There are no account, inactivity or claim fees. The only cost of playing is the house edge built into each game, which every game page shows before you bet.
