Terms of service

Last updated

These terms are the agreement between you and OnlineBet (“we”, “us”) when you use OnlineBet.Game. By opening an account you accept them, together with our privacy policy and cookie policy. Please read them before you play. If anything is unclear, ask us at info@onlinebet.game.

1. Who can play

  • You must be at least 18, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for gambling.
  • Online gambling must be legal where you are. It’s your job to check that before you play. We may refuse or close accounts from places where we can’t offer our service.
  • You play for yourself, with your own money, and not on behalf of anyone else.
  • One account per person. Second accounts are closed, and so is the main one if they were used to get around a limit, a bonus rule or a self-exclusion.

We may ask you to prove your age or identity at any time, for example before a withdrawal. Until you do, we can pause deposits, withdrawals or play on the account.

2. Your account

  • The details you give us must be true and kept up to date.
  • Keep your password to yourself. We strongly recommend two-factor sign-in, which you can turn on under Account → Settings. You’re responsible for everything done through your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else got in.
  • Your nickname is public. It can’t be offensive, pretend to be someone else (including our staff) or advertise anything. We may change one that breaks this rule.
  • Accounts can’t be sold, shared or handed over to someone else.

3. Deposits, withdrawals and your balance

Your real-money balance is kept in US dollars. You deposit in crypto, through our payment provider, and the dollar amount you chose is credited once the network confirms the payment. Each deposit has its own address and exact amount, so:

  • send the exact amount, on the network you picked, from a wallet you control;
  • coins sent on the wrong network, or to an address that wasn’t given to you for that deposit, may be lost for good, and we can’t always get them back;
  • deposits below the minimum shown on the Deposit page, or short payments, may need to be sorted out by hand with our team.

Withdrawals are paid in USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20, to an address you give us. You need a confirmed email address. Minimum, maximum and weekly limits apply and are shown on the Withdraw page. Some requests are checked by our team before they go out, and we may ask you questions or for documents first. A rejected withdrawal goes back to your balance in full. We can’t reverse a payment sent to the address you entered, so check it carefully.

We don’t charge fees to deposit or withdraw. Your balance doesn’t earn interest, and we’re not a bank: please only deposit money you plan to play with.

If money reaches your account by mistake, for example through a technical error or a payment that wasn’t meant for you, it isn’t yours. Tell us, and we’ll correct the balance.

4. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are for free play. They have no cash value, can’t be bought, sold, withdrawn or swapped for real money, and can’t be moved to another player. We may top up, reset or adjust coin balances at any time.

5. Games and bets

  • A bet is placed once our server accepts it and the stake leaves your balance. Until then, it isn’t a bet, even if you clicked the button.
  • Every result comes from the provably fair seeds explained on the Provably Fair page, and you can check any of your rounds there.
  • Our server’s record of a bet is the one that counts. If what you see on screen doesn’t match it, for example because of a slow connection, the server’s record wins. In Crash, a cash-out counts at the moment the server receives it.
  • If you lose your connection during a round, a round that was already decided is settled as normal, and a round waiting for your next move stays open until you come back.
  • Each game shows its stake limits and its return to player (RTP) before you bet. RTP is a long-term average: any single session can go either way.
  • If a game pays the wrong amount because of a fault or an obvious error, we can correct the balance or cancel the bets affected, and we’ll tell you when we do.

6. Fair play

You agree not to:

  • use bots, scripts or any tool that plays for you;
  • take advantage of a bug or error instead of reporting it to us;
  • work with other players to gain an unfair edge, or pass money between accounts;
  • use money that isn’t yours, or that comes from crime;
  • open extra accounts, refer yourself, or otherwise get around the rules of a bonus or the referral programme;
  • attack, overload or try to break into the site.

If you do, we can cancel the bets involved, take back winnings and bonuses that came from it, freeze referral earnings, and suspend or close your account. Where the law requires it, we report suspicious activity to the authorities.

7. Bonuses and referrals

Friend bonus. When it’s on, a player who joins through an invite can get a bonus on their first deposit. The amount, the wagering needed and the deadline are shown when you sign up and in your Wallet. The bonus is kept apart from your balance until you’ve wagered enough real money in time. If the deadline passes first, it expires. One friend bonus per person.

Referral commission. You earn a share of the house edge on real-money bets made by players you invite, at your tier’s rate. Bets with virtual coins don’t count. You can claim your earnings into your wallet from the Referral page once they reach the minimum shown there.

We can change or end a promotion or the referral programme. Changes apply from then on; what you’ve already earned stays yours, unless it came from breaking these terms.

8. Playing responsibly

Gambling should be fun, never a way to make money or pay off debts. If it stops being fun, take a break. Under Account → Settings you can exclude yourself for 1, 5 or 8 days. While it runs you can’t play, deposit or withdraw, and only our team can end it early. If you need a longer break, or want your account closed, write to us and we’ll do it.

If we have reason to think gambling is harming you, we may limit or close your account.

9. Chat, comments and ratings

Chat messages, game comments and ratings are public. Be friendly, and don’t post spam, insults, begging, scams, adverts or links, or anyone’s personal details. The chat rules (the “i” button in the chat) go into more detail. Moderators can remove anything that breaks them and stop an account from chatting or commenting.

10. Closing an account

You can ask us to close your account at any time through Support. Withdraw your real-money balance first.

We can suspend or close an account if these terms are broken, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering our service where you live. If we close an account and you haven’t broken these terms, we pay out the real-money balance to an address you give us. If you have, we may keep the part of the balance that came from breaking them, as far as the law allows.

11. Our responsibility

We work hard to keep OnlineBet.Game running, fair and secure, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted or free of errors. We aren’t responsible for losses caused by:

  • problems with your device, connection or crypto wallet;
  • a wrong address, network or amount entered by you;
  • delays or faults on a blockchain or at your exchange;
  • events outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits anything that, by law, can’t be limited, such as our responsibility for fraud.

12. Our content

The site, its games, logos, artwork and text belong to us or to those who license them to us. You can use them to play here, but not copy, sell or reuse them anywhere else.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add a feature or the law changes. The date at the top shows the last change. If a change matters to you, we’ll tell you on the site or by email before it applies. If you keep playing after that, you accept the new terms; if you don’t, you can close your account.

14. Questions and complaints

If something went wrong, open a ticket in Support or email info@onlinebet.game, with the Bet ID or payment reference if you have one. We’ll look into it and reply as soon as we can.
