Deposits, withdrawals and your balance

Whatever the Deposit page lists. That’s usually Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) and USDT on TRC-20 (Tron), BEP-20 (BNB Smart Chain) and ERC-20 (Ethereum). Each coin shows its minimum.
Your balance is always in US dollars. A $50 deposit adds $50 to your Real money balance, whether you paid in BTC or USDT.
That depends on the network, not on us. USDT on TRC-20 or BEP-20 usually lands in a couple of minutes. ETH and ERC-20 can take 5 to 10 minutes when Ethereum is busy, and Bitcoin often needs 20 minutes or more.
You can close the deposit window. Once the payment is confirmed, the money is added to your balance by itself.
Every deposit gets its own address and amount, and that’s how we know the payment is yours. The amount is worked out at the current rate when you start, so pay soon, before the timer runs out.
Use the copy button instead of typing the amount. If you pay from an exchange, check whether it takes its fee out of what you send. Some do, and then less arrives.
If it’s only a few cents short, for example from rounding, the deposit usually goes through as normal.
If more is missing, it shows as “Partially paid” and isn’t added automatically. Contact support with the deposit reference and we’ll sort it out. The same goes if you sent too much: you’re credited the amount you chose, and we’ll handle the rest with you.
No. Coins that arrive after the timer, or after you pressed cancel, are still picked up and credited.
To be safe, don’t reuse an old address. Start a new deposit each time and pay to the address it gives you.
The one your wallet or exchange actually sends on. Sending USDT on the wrong network is the most common way people lose crypto, and often it can’t be recovered.
If you have the choice, TRC-20 and BEP-20 are the cheapest and quickest. ERC-20 works fine, but the Ethereum fee can be several dollars.
Go to Withdraw, choose the network, paste your USDT address, enter the amount and your details, and press Withdraw. Withdrawals are paid in USDT on TRC-20, BEP-20 or ERC-20.
You need a confirmed email address first. The amount leaves your balance right away and waits there until it’s sent, so you can’t play it by accident.
Many are sent within a few minutes. Some, like larger amounts, get a quick check by our team first and take longer. We handle them in the order they arrive.
Once it’s sent, the status changes to “Sent” and you’ll see the transaction ID. You can look it up on the network’s block explorer.
Yes, while it still says “Being checked”. Press Cancel next to it and the full amount goes straight back to your balance.
Once it says “Being sent” or “Sent”, it’s on its way and can’t be stopped.
Yes. There’s a minimum and a maximum per request, and a weekly limit over the last seven days. The Withdraw page shows all three, plus what’s left of your weekly limit.
Up to three requests can wait at the same time.
The form checks the address before anything is sent. It catches typos, missing characters and addresses from another network, like a Tron address under BEP-20.
It can’t tell whether a valid address is yours, though, so always copy it from your own wallet. BEP-20 and ERC-20 addresses also look exactly alike, so make sure your wallet accepts the network you picked.
The reason is shown under the request in your withdrawal list. Usually the name or email didn’t match the account, or something needed checking first.
Nothing is lost: the full amount goes back to your balance, and you can try again once it’s sorted.
Not from us, for deposits or withdrawals. When you deposit, your own wallet or exchange may charge a network fee, which is between you and them.
When you withdraw, we pay the network fee, so you get exactly the amount you asked for.
Real money is what you deposit and withdraw, in US dollars. Virtual coins are for free play: try games with them as much as you like, but they have no cash value and can’t be bought or withdrawn.
To make sure the money goes to the person who owns the account. It also gives us a way to reach you if a payment needs checking.
